Eligibility for Returns
- You have the right to return most items within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery, in line with EU consumer law.
- To be eligible, items must be:
- Unworn, unused, and unwashed
- In their original packaging with tags attached
- Free from stains, perfume, or damage
❌ Non-returnable items include:
- Customized or personalized clothing
- Fabrics, yarns, and materials cut to your specifications
- Final sale or clearance items
Return Process
- Contact our customer service team at support@karachibull.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Provide your order number, item(s) you wish to return, and the reason.
- Our team will guide you through the return shipping instructions.
- Please ship the item back to our Italy warehouse address.
📦 Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
- If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (wrong size/item or defective product).
Exchanges
- We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
- If you need a different size or color, please return the item and place a new order.
Bulk Orders & Wholesale Returns
- Bulk and wholesale orders are not eligible for returns, except in cases of defective or incorrect shipments.
- Any issues with bulk orders must be reported within 7 working days of delivery.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
- If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item.
- We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund, including return shipping costs.
